We lease out commercial properties in the Central Borders, with units available in key locations such as Galashiels, Tweedbank, and Melrose. These units vary in size, ranging from under 1,000 sq ft to 5,500 sq ft, catering to a diverse range of business needs.

 

Our existing portfolio of tenants includes well-established businesses such as Co-operative Food Group Ltd, EQ Accountants, Diamond Cycles, Enterprise Car and Van Rental, and Edmundson Electrical.

Property Development

Our business model includes property development and we seek opportunities in the Lothian and Borders areas.

 

Recent developments include:

  • Co-op – 5,500 sq. ft retail and back office unit in Melrose

  • Douglas Home & Co Ltd – 1,200 sq. ft office refurbishment in Melrose
